SEVIYAN KHEER (Serve two)

Ingredients:
  • Vermicelli (seviyan) – 1 small cup 
  • Skimmed milk – 3 cups 
  • Skimmed milk powder – 2 Tbsp 
  • Sugar – 2-3 tsp 
  •  Fruit slices/cubes of choice for garnishing 

Methord:
  1. Roast the vermicelli till it turns golden brown.
  2. Mix the skimmed milk powder in half cup of milk ensuring that there are no lumps.
  3. Add the skimmed milk powder paste, remaining milk and sugar to the vermicelli and keep stirring.
  4. Keep stirring and allow to cook till the kheer thickens.
  5. Serve hot or chilled, garnish with Dry Fruit-cuts
